Organizational Health Strategist
LIFESPAN is how long a business lasts.
HEALTHSPAN is how well it's running while it does.

A business can survive for years while quietly getting weaker. Margins thinning. A team running on fumes. A brand that says less and less to the people it's supposed to reach. Surviving and thriving aren't the same condition, and most of the time nobody notices the difference until it's expensive.
I diagnose what's underneath a business the same way I'd diagnose what's underneath a person's health: pull the real numbers, trace the actual cause, build the plan around what's there instead of what's assumed. Then I stay inside the work, as part of the team, until it moves.
Three things I bring to that: two decades of marketing and brand strategy translated into a method most consultants don't have, a genuine root-cause process instead of a checklist, and results that speak for themselves. $6.8M in Google Ads-attributed revenue from $92.5K in spend. 53% membership growth in under a year. Three companies unified under one brand, built from zero.
What Do I Do
I run every engagement through what I call the Healthspan Framework, six areas that determine whether a business is actually healthy or just still standing.
DIRECTION
You can't out-strategize a market you haven't actually mapped. Positioning built on research, not a guess dressed up as a plan.
CONNECTION
Revenue doesn't only come in. It quietly leaks out too. Client, partner, and referral relationships, and the terms of the deals themselves, where money is most often lost without anyone noticing.
PERFORMANCE
Activity isn't the same as progress. The numbers that actually prove something is working: conversion, ROI, retention, tracked and acted on, not just reported.
CAPACITY
The best strategy in the world doesn't run itself if there's nothing left to run it. The resilience and bandwidth to act on what's already known, instead of staying stuck reacting to whatever broke most recently.
ENVIRONMENT
People trust a business that looks like one company, not three. Brand cohesion and how the business presents itself to the market it is trying to reach.
RESOURCES
Busy and profitable are not the same thing. The financial outcome of everything above: revenue recovered, margin gained, and spend that is actually converting instead of just spending.
The method underneath all six is root cause analysis. Start at whatever is visibly broken, ask why, follow that answer to the next why, and keep going until you hit something you can actually act on instead of something you can only patch over. It usually branches into more than one cause. Most problems aren't one root; they're a small system of contributing ones, and the job is finding which of them you can actually do something about

What I Can Help You Accomplish
If any of this sounds amiliar, this is the work:
-
You're guessing at your market position, and you keep losing pitches to competitors with a clearer story.
-
You're spending on marketing, and nobody can tell you what's actually converting.
-
Leads are falling through the cracks, or a referral relationship that used to work isn't paying off anymore.
-
Your brand looks like three different companies because, in some sense, it grew like three different companies.
-
You're too busy putting out this week's fire to act on research that's already sitting in front of you.
-
You don't know if the last twelve months of work actually made the business more profitable, or just busier.
